Our inhouse team can supply all the technical documents required for the planning process, tendering process and onsite supervision.
This means that site specific plans and drawings can be produced in a shorter timeframe, speeding up the planning and development process.
BUILDING REGULATIONS
Once planning consent has been secured, an application must be made to the LPA, building regulation department to demonstrate that the submitted design meets all building regulation requirements.
These drawings are produced inhouse and can be adapted to meet a clients specific needs, for examples the incorparation of green technology and other energy efficient design details.
STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
In most cases, building regulation compliance will require the submission of structural calculations. Working with a number of specialist consultants, we are able to manage and integrate the structural requirements into the plans and drawings, to ensure that any building, topographical or foundation constraints can be overcome with the most cost effective solution.
